Meet Matt

Hello! I'm Matt and I was born and raised in NW Indiana.

Yes...I miss the snow! NOT THE COLD...JUST THE SNOW!!

I graduated from Valparaiso High School (Go Vikings!) where some great basketball players have come from. One of them is Bryce Drew; he played for Valparaiso University and had the 3 point shot at the end of the game during March Madness '98. Everyone down here said they had never heard of Valpo until I moved here and now their brackets had been destroyed! I loved it! Robbie Hummell is from there also and is playing for my favorite college basketball school...the Purdue Boilermakers!

Until a couple of years ago, I was in a Men's Barbershop Chorus...I love to sing!

I love playing different kinds of sports such as golf, basketball, church-league softball, bowling, billiards. I love to go golfing; especially with friends or family. It is relaxing (even if I am having an awful game) and you can learn new things from those that you're golfing with. I have played several times at a golf course in Black Mountain, NC that is just incredible! At one time, it had the world's longest par 6....yes, you read it correctly....par 6!! It's nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains just a few miles down the road from Asheville, NC where the Biltmore Estate is located; one word.... awesome!
